As soon as possible! It is never too early to start looking, the earlier you start searching for your dress the less stress and time issues will occur. Typically it takes 6 months for a dress of your correct size to be shipped to our store. Any less may cause some trouble, unless we already have your size in stock.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

There is no refund for the deposit or exchange of a special order. For other in-store merchandise: (i) A one-time exchange of reserved gown is allowed, within the 30 day period of deposit, for similar price range merchandise (plus or minus 20%). The exchange must be made prior to final fitting and/or any alternation is made to the merchandise; (ii) All sales are final.

Do you require an appointment?

Yes, appointments are required to ensure that you receive our undivided attention to help you choose your dream dress.

How long do appointments typically last?

Each appointment can last up to an hour.

Are the dresses custom made to my measurements?

Only slight alterations will be made to the gown. Any larger alterations will be considered a custom order and charged at custom order price.

We have a wide range of different gowns to fit everyones needs. Dresses can start from $600 and up to $3000+.
